The previous forums had been the target of mass spam/DDOS attacks, rendered unusable for several days, and moderators were unable to contain it due to the outdated forum software. Twin Saga and all other titles published by Aeria Games transitioned to a new forum service in November 2017. Japanese voice acting remained for content released before the August 2017 patch, and English/French/German voice acting for system messages would also remain.
